Perfect for our deck!
Great ambience!
I have a very large round teak coffee table with a hole in the center. I suppose to put an umbrella. I have the table on a covered porch. I previously had a “bowl” that had fire using canned fuel. It was nice and just ok! This Fire Topper is so much better and the flame is perfect. So the problem was the propane tank didn’t fit under my table. After searching, Flame King makes a “squatty” tank that fit perfectly under my coffee table. My Fire Topper looks like it was made for this table. It’s well made. Heavy too so it won’t move around on your table surface. Perfection!
Great fire pit! Just what we were looking for!
Two suggestions:
1) a couple of the tiny rubber feet fell off while we were putting it together. Maybe consider something more substantial like a rubber mat the covers the entire bottom - even if it is removable. I ended up buying a thin rubber kitchen mat and cutting it to fit perfectly under the bowl. We have a metal table and otherwise it would have scratched the tabletop.
2) the black lava rocks aren’t attractive. We ended up buying 1/2” copper colored fire glass and threw out all of the lava rock. Maybe offer the option to upgrade to differ fill types?
